We take our squid from the Sea of Japan, and fry them in a delicious Japanese rice oil to bring you the perfect snack for any time of day. There are nine different kinds of Gesoten to choose from.

Our Gesoten Musubi are crunchy, and perfectly light. They’re convenient enough to eat on the go, which makes them very popular with tourists, but you can also take your time and enjoy them at our restaurant.
All You Can Eat Gesoten (2 hours) ¥1,500 per person
A very popular event, where you can enjoy as much of our delicious Gesoten as you like for two hours, which is always freshly fried upon order. The event is scheduled irregularly, so please keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for future event dates, and more information.
